· Obituary for Dr. Harold J. Harris, Jr., 75, of Millersville, who died August 6. He was instrumental in developing an early fall break for Millersville University students and was involved with the University’s ROTC. Harold was the Director of Counseling and retired from Millersville University after 34 years.
