The first time I learned how to play soccer was the beginning of summer into my senior year. I was clueless, I had no idea what I had gotten into but i was thrilled to get started. the first thing i learned about soccer is having the right items to play, such as, cleats, shinguards, long knee socks, sport shorts including a sport shirt, last but not least, having a soccer ball was important. In a soccer game there is a total of 22 players on the field, 4 players would be on defense, their position is to protect the goal, 3 players would be at midfielders their job is to score into their opponent’s goal, and 3 attackers who are also responsible for scoring. At the goal the goalie stays in goal stoping the ball from entering.
