Jackie Werts is a post bacc/grad student in Early Childhood Education. She was an undergrad student at MU 20 years ago and currently is employed at St. Leo the Great Catholic School. When schools announced their closures on March 13th, Jackie used the skills she had learned in her Education Foundations Technology class and quickly got to work creating trainings for her fellow teachers at her school, utilizing Google Classroom, Zoom, Flipgrid and many more programs to help get the the school’s transition to distance learning off the ground and running!
