Ways to give back this season

Clare House 

  • Mission: To serve homeless women and children in a caring environment through life skills training and support, leading to self-sufficiency.

Humane League of Lancaster 

  • Mission: To empower people in communities to increase their capacity to care for animals so that all animals are healthy, safe, and treated humanely. 

Lancaster Cares 

  • Mission: Designed to provide essential support for Lancaster’s Families during the COVID-19 Crisis.  A response from the Lancaster County Community and the United Way of Lancaster County, this fund will support Lancaster residents with food, housing, and rapid response dollars to address emerging issues.

Lancaster Health Center 

Meals on Wheels of Lancaster 

  • Mission: To support independent living among homebound individuals through delivering daily, freshly prepared nutritious meals to those unable to reasonably prepare meals for themselves.

Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health 

  • Mission: Lancaster General Health is humbled by our community’s support during the COVID-19 outbreak.  We continue to gratefully accept donations to assist our patients and staff.  Donations include: PPE and Supply, COVID-19 Response Fund, Food, and messages to Support Our Healthcare Workers.

Power Packs Project 

  • Mission: To provide weekend food and nutritional information to families who are food insecure so that children can go to school well fed.

Salvation Army or Salvation Army Angel Tree 

  • Mission: The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian church.  Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.

Tabor Community Services
