In the 3d design project we were tasked to design a 3d model of a Lego Duplo piece, at first we started with carving cardboard layer by layer almost as if we were a 3d printer. After building with cardboard we used Autodesk fusion 360 to model out or Lego piece for 3d printing. this project allowed us to view 3d shapes as if we were to cut it down layer by layer like a 3d printer would in a slicing software.
