Insight Partners provides accounting and consulting services to small business and nonprofit clients. Core services include: contracted CFO engagements, accounting services, financial statement compilations, specialized projects, and grants writing and grants compliance.
John Packer has 30 years of experience with large nonprofits. His knowledge of financial management infused with his desire to work with smaller nonprofits and small businesses led to the founding of his consulting agency, Insight Partners, in 2009. By simultaneously working with nonprofit agencies and for-profit companies, he is able to customize his services based on best practices from both sectors.
He works on a variety of levels within the organizations he serves in both long and short term capacities. Whether working with Chief Executive Officers or Executive Directors, Office Managers or Business Managers, or as an Interim CFO, John provides knowledge and insights that maximize agency potential long after his work is complete. Whether developing quarterly financial reports, administering the year end audit or coaching newly hired Finance Directors, his goal is good business and government practices at both the agency/business level and Board levels.
References from CEO’s and Executive Directors indicated that his performance exceeded their expectations as he brought vast knowledge and professional skills to their agencies which allowed them to focus on their own areas of expertise. John assisted in developing appropriate accounting systems to support yearly audits and prepared financials for Board meetings.
