TEAM David Associates, LLC
Eric David is the President of TEAM David Associates, LLC, and the Pennsylvania licensee of Crestcom International. Crestcom is a worldwide leader in the field of management and leadership development. In that role, Eric works with a mix of the most respected non-profit and private sector firms in the area, including Drexel University, Quest Diagnostics, Goodwill of Delaware County, Elwyn and Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Southeastern PA.
Prior to founding TEAM David Associates, Eric spent over 20 years in the software and technology fields, including 13 years as President of Vocational Research Institute, a non-profit Philadelphia-based educational software company. Eric also held leadership positions earlier in his career at Primavera Systems (Bala Cynwyd, PA), Apple Computer (Cupertino, CA) and Accenture (New York City).
Eric received an MBA from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor, MI) and a BA from Lafayette College (Easton, PA). A native New Yorker, Eric has lived in the Philadelphia area since 1992 and currently resides in Garnet Valley, PA with his wife Allison and sons Teddy and Max, who are the true passion of his life.
