Diana has spent more than 20 years in the private and public sector in senior level leadership roles. Her background includes a wealth of management and operations experience as well as directing a human resources department for 1,800 employees in one of Lancaster County’s top 10 largest employers. She has facilitated numerous leadership development programs and has coached executives and top school administrators to significant accomplishment levels. Her consulting role in the HR realm has provided relief and outcomes for many companies.
