MISSION, VALUES, AND VISION
Our mission is to educate the community we serve about chronic kidney disease through outreach and screening; provide services and support to people whose lives are impacted by kidney disease; and to advocate for more living organ donation in order to reduce the wait for a life-saving kidney transplant.
In all of our relationships with patients and their support teams and partnerships with other agencies, we are driven by the principles of Integrity, Stewardship, Community, Collaboration, and Compassion.
Our vision is simply to enhance the lives of everyone impacted by kidney disease.
