Lancaster Farm Sanctuary Is Searching for New Board Members

Lancaster Farm Sanctuary (LFS) is actively seeking new members for their Board of Directors.

LFS a 501(c)(3) non-profit farmed animal sanctuary. LFS is the only farmed animal sanctuary located in Lancaster County, one of the largest agricultural counties in the United States. The sanctuary is situated on nearly 20 acres of farmland. Their mission is to rescue neglected, abandoned, and abused farmed animals and provide them with lifelong sanctuary, promote a vegan lifestyle, and inspire humans to live with compassion and respect by offering educational programs, cooking demonstrations, on-site yoga events, and farm tours. LFS is currently home to rescued cows, pigs, chickens, goats, alpacas, horses, ducks, sheep and turkeys.
LFS is looking for individuals who possess strong professional experience in areas such as computer technology, social media platforms and engagement, graphic arts, photography, accounting, fundraising, healthcare, veterinary medicine, issues concerning farmed animal and/or animal care. The Board of Director position is an unpaid, volunteer position.
