FULL JOB SUMMARY
The marketing coordinator is responsible for project management and administrative support within the marketing department. This role will serve in a project management capacity within the marketing department, liaising with project requestors, the creative team, and vendors to efficiently complete projects. The marketing coordinator will also provide administrative support for the marketing department, and will assist with fundamental creative production tasks and special projects as needed.
Responsibilities
Promote and fulfill the mission and vision of HOPE International. Champion HOPE International’s staff culture of P.A.S.S.I.O.N. (prayer, allegiance, service, stewardship, innovation, optimism, nurturing).
Project Management
Act as the liaison between project requestors and the marketing department by facilitating project intake meetings, generating projects and tasks in our project management software, monitoring project deadlines, and executing production of collateral with external vendors.
Maintain accurate vision across departmental project workload, identifying critical delivery dates, monitoring project constraints and allocations, and proactively raising concerns to the marketing team as needed per project.
Champion HOPE’s project management software (Wrike) to facilitate the smooth and timely production of all marketing projects.
Administrative & Logistical Support
Help schedule, organize, and maintain notes for marketing team meetings and other meetings as necessary.
Complete monthly credit card reports for expenses and make departmental purchases as needed.
Coordinate all mailings and shipping for the marketing department including fulfillment for marketing campaigns, online orders, and resources for remote staff.
Assist in arranging travel for members of the marketing team.
Maintain physical inventory of marketing collateral and supplies. Oversee the ordering and distribution of HOPE-branded gifts and materials to stakeholders.
Support marketing team leadership with various tasks to ensure smooth operations of the marketing department.
Help execute special projects as assigned by marketing leaders. Previous examples include coordinating donor gift projects, serving on the marketing and development team retreat planning committee, assisting in planning of special events, and more.
Qualifications

Strong oral and written communicator; able to listen, distill action items, respond in a timely fashion, and clearly articulate concise responses to all stakeholders.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills; including effective time management, prioritization of competing demands and multiple deadlines, and advanced problem-solving skills
Some project management experience preferred.
Experience working in technical databases (e.g. Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, HubSpot CRM) preferred.
Solid PC-based computer skills are required; Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is required.
Prior use of project management software, such as Wrike or Asana, is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
