Lancaster Farm Sanctuary
The Lancaster Farm Sanctuary (LFS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit farmed animal sanctuary. LFS is the only farmed animal sanctuary located in Lancaster County, one of the largest agricultural counties in the United States. LFS is situated on nearly 20 acres of farmland. Their mission is to rescue neglected, abandoned, and abused farmed animals and provide them with lifelong sanctuary, promote a vegan lifestyle, and inspire humans to live with compassion and respect by offering educational programs, cooking demonstrations, on-site yoga events, and farm tours.
LFS is looking for individuals who possess strong professional experience in areas such as computer technology, social media platforms and engagement, graphic arts, photography, accounting, fundraising, healthcare, veterinary medicine, issues concerning farmed animals, or direct animal care.
The Board of Directors position is an unpaid, completely volunteer position.
