HOPE International
The HR reporting analyst is responsible for conducting data pulls and creating reports for general employee information and global compensation data. This person will project manage HR’s survey administration, handle reporting, and provide analysis of the results. He or she will also provide scheduling support to the recruitment team as needed.
He or she will be responsible for ensuring data integrity in several platforms, including HOPE’s learning management system (LMS), compensation platform, performance management platform, and HR dashboards. The HR reporting analyst will pull reports for the HR department and others, which will influence organizational decisions and culture. He or she will maintain HR’s dashboard and supporting data sources and ensure its accuracy to promote clear metrics and proper prioritization on the HR team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote and contribute to the fulfillment of HOPE International’s mission and vision
General HR Reporting
- Conduct data pulls from multiple HR platforms on information related to compensation, performance management, demographics, etc., to inform decisions such as benefits, policies, grant proposals, etc.
- Synthesize data and prepare it for analysis
- Maintain standard HR reports including the HR dashboard and HOPE’s People KPI dashboard
- Create templates for HR data visualization as needed
- Monitor data integrity, edit data and reports to ensure accuracy
HR Survey Administration
- Develop project plans and project manage key HR listening activities, including HOPE’s Best Christian Workplace (BCW) survey and HOPE’s Staff Impact & Engagement Survey (SIES)
- Facilitate project meetings with internal stakeholders as necessary for team coordination, issue resolution, action item tracking, etc.
- Audit survey questions to ensure they accurately capture desired data; make recommendations for change as necessary
- Set goals for survey response rates
- Analyze survey data, identify themes, and make recommendations on areas for improvement
- Prepare HR business partners to debrief survey results with departments
- Conduct after-survey review of process and make recommendations for improvements
- Document organizational improvements/changes made as the result of survey findings
Global Compensation
- Participate in global salary surveys to identify market best practices and compensation trends
- Conduct market research and analysis using compensation analysis platforms and international salary data sets to support compensation recommendations and decisions
- Conduct annual audit of domestic job descriptions to ensure accurate job matching for compensation analysis platform
- Prepare and present compensation analysis
- Maintain US leveling and banding rubric with appropriate salary ranges
- Resource international HR business partners with reliable and relevant local market data
- Research and recommend new types of global market data to support recruitment decisions as HOPE expands international hiring in new contexts
- Assist the annual compensation cycle
- Provide recommendations on global compensation decisions such as job offers, employee promotions and/or transfers consistent with HOPE’s compensation philosophy
Recruitment Support
- Manage a caseload of recruitment schedules
- Promote HOPE’s open positions through posting roles on HOPE’s website as well as external job posting boards as needed
- Create efficient, organized, and nimble timelines for a caseload of recruitment processes
- Serve as a warm, responsive, and professional representative of HOPE International to prospective job candidates throughout their recruitment process
- Facilitate travel logistics for candidates’ trips to the HOPE International office for final interviews
- Create and communicate final interview day itineraries
- Host candidates warmly during their final interviews, ensuring that they feel at home, are comfortable, and have general questions answered
- Ensure space and technology (Zoom, Teams) are prepared for face-to-face final interviews
Other Duties as Required
- Manage software vendor relationships
QUALIFICATIONS
- Personal confession of Christian faith and commitment to the mission and vision of HOPE International
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Maturity to handle confidential and sensitive employee data respectfully
- Detail-oriented, thrives in independent work and problem solving
- Administratively-minded and thrives managing projects (creating and implementing timelines, step-by-step processes, etc.)
- Enjoys data visualization and reporting
- Proficient with Excel including basic formulas and pivot tables
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn technology applications such as HOPE’s HRIS, dashboards, and compensation and performance management platforms
- Prior experience with survey administration is a plus
- 1-2 years of human resources experience is a plus, especially in the area of compensation
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
