The HR associate is responsible for learning management system (LMS) administration, HR reporting, and survey administration. He or she will be responsible for ensuring data integrity in a number of platforms, including HOPE’s LMS, compensation, performance management, and HR dashboards. Data gathered includes salary information, employee/manager check-ins, engagement scores, headcounts, etc. The HR associate will liaise with other departments and external vendors to administer staff listening tools, and will report on results to the HR team, which will influence insight and action. He or she will refresh HR’s dashboard to allow it to pull data from multiple sources and ensure its accuracy in order to promote transparency in metrics and proper prioritization on the HR team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote and contribute to the fulfillment of HOPE International’s mission and vision.
- Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
- Update learning & development content on HOPE HR’s internal files and LMS landing page
- Assign appropriate learning modules to employees
- Monitor compliance
- Prepare and create reports on a timely basis.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to importing course content
- Document processes for user manuals
- Effectively identify and address the needs of users with varying technical skills, and provide a level of help appropriate to that individual, especially in the areas of registration, enrollment questions, and computer issues that may interfere with learners’ ability to complete the course
- Interface as needed with the tech team to resolve issues, enhance functionality, and deploy new features
- Maintain accurate online, web-based resources such as tutorials, reference material, design standards, and templates
- Work closely with departments to curate and implement engaging online material and assessment tools to enhance the learning experience
- HR Reporting
- Refresh and maintain standard HR reports, templates, dashboards, and metrics
- Update organizational salary data in compensation platform for promotions or raises, annual compensation adjustments, and new hires
- Compile data from multiple sources across the HR team and synthesize the data so it is prepared for analysis
- Report on organizational compensation comparisons with external markets using compensation analysis platform
- Monitor data integrity, edit data and records to ensure accuracy
- Manage compensation and performance management software vendor relationships
- Report on performance management platform usage and pulse scores which indicate employee engagement and professional growth
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to administer organization-wide staff listening opportunities
- HR Survey Administration
- Act as project manager for key HR listening activities, including HOPE’s Best Christian Workplace survey and HOPE’s Staff Impact & Engagement Survey
- Work with key internal and external stakeholders to prepare and distribute surveys to the appropriate audiences
- Collect data, ensure proper distribution to senior leaders, and direct HR business partners on follow up timeline

- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee data respectfully
- Detail oriented, thrives working with data and ensuring data integrity
- Enjoys problem solving and independent research
- Comfort with technology applications such as dashboards, and compensation and performance management platforms
- Administratively minded and thrives managing projects (creating and implementing timelines, step-by-step processes, etc.)
- Enjoys data preparation
- Fluent with Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
