Meets the nutritional and therapeutic needs of all residents, provides palatable meals, knows the facts, principles and procedures involved in the selection, purchase, preservation and serving of food, to meet the regulations pertaining to food production, distribution, and infection control. This position will be stationed in the Keystone Rehab area for the entire shift and will support a concierge service to include safe service of hot and cold food and beverages to 12 rehab residents. Dining times: 7:00am-7:00pm. Other duties include stocking products, clearing dishes, setting trays and ensuring that kitchen work and serving areas are appropriately stocked with the required items to complete meal delivery at each mealtime.
Qualifications: Ability to speak, write, do arithmetic in English at a minimum 8th-grade level. Must be 18 years of age or older or 16-year-old with documented student work papers, ability to work under time limits, adapt to change, be mentally alert and accurate in measurement, must be flexible, caring, and able to work well with team members.
Compensation and Benefit Eligibility: Eligible Weekend Differentials & excellent benefits beginning the first of the month after completing 30 days of employment.
