Looking for an experienced, successful property manager who enjoys a fast-paced setting working with residents, vendors and giving tours to prospective residents. The successful candidate needs to be organized, understand customer service and the world of property management. Real estate license preferred.
Leads the Landis Quality Living (LQL) team and communities. Provides leadership for Landis Place on King and Steeple View Lofts community and property management. Provides primary Community Management for Landis Place on King. Leads LQL team for efficient and effective service for residents in LQL Middle Market properties. Supervises LQL community manager(s) and supports other roles that serve LQL properties. Supports Landis Quality Living growth strategy. Leads the opening of new properties. Relates well with residents in a way that is culturally sensitive. Provides tours and supports sales of existing properties. Leads relationship with master lease partner. Supports LQL’s relationship with Joint Venture and collaborative partnerships. Supports Landis Communities aging in place philosophy. Relates to service vendors and other businesses.
