Who we are

We are a nonprofit organic farmers co-operative of over 100 farmers in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. We focus on creating healthy, high-quality foods from our highly maintained and enriched soils on our small-scale family farms. We deliver the best local organic produce, value added products, and humanely raised and pastured animal products to retail establishments, co-ops, restaurants, and institutions.

  • You have passion and knowledge of organic produce, pastured meats/dairy products, the natural food industry and healthy culinary techniques

What you’ll be doing

  • Assisting current and potential CSA shareholders as LFFCs primary contact for coop members
  • Creating new member accounts as well as maintaining and editing existing accounts
  • Resolving problems by clarifying issues, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining best solutions, and taking the correct action to ensure that proper resolution is achieved and communicated
  • Performing any other administrative tasks as needed for the CSA team, including correspondence with CSA site hosts and special account organizers
  • Helping to build and maintain our CSA network as a key member of the CSA outreach team
  • Performing all duties and responsibilities in an ethical manner and in accordance with Co-op policies
Qualifications
  • High school education
  • Administration experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft products
  • Regular predictable attendance
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
