The Food & Wine Pairing Dinner is a library fundraiser featuring a 5-course meal from the kitchen of former White House Chef John Moeller.

We are delighted to host the return of this event in IronSpire’s exciting event space. Live music and appetizers in the courtyard will be followed by a delicious five–course dinner with expert complimentary wine pairings from the kitchen of Chef John Moeller. Chef Moeller will share anecdotes from his illustrious career, including the years he spent as Chief White House Chef to three U.S. Presidents, his time abroad and his current position as owner and Chief Chef of The Greenfield Inn and State of Affairs Catering. He will also share his insights about the wines he chose to pair with each memorable course.
Signed copies of Chef Moeller’s book Dining at the White House: From the President’s Table to Yours will be available for purchase. We will raffle one signed copy of Chef Moeller’s book and a gift certificate to his restaurant, The Greenfield Inn.
The evening will feature a 50/50 drawing and other creative ways to show your support of Adamstown Area Library, such as a Wishboard to help fulfill the library’s Wish List and A Wine Wall featuring bottles ranging in value from $10 to $100+.
