MEET THE PRESENTER:
Michael R. Ripchinski, MD, MBA, CPE, FAAFP
Chief Clinical Officer, Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health
Dr. Ripchinski is responsible for quality, safety and informatics/analytics across Lancaster General and Women & Babies hospitals, LG Health Physicians, ambulatory sites and the clinically integrated network. He provides administrative leadership for the Medical & Dental Staff and collaborates with operational and service line teams to prioritize quality and high reliability and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Dr. Ripchinski joined LG Health in 2003 and previously served as Chief Medical Information Officer and Physician Executive for Quality. He earned a bachelor’s degree from The University of Scranton and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s University. A graduate of Penn State College of Medicine, he is a Fellow in the American Academy of Family Physicians and a Certified Physician Executive. Dr. Ripchinski is board-certified in family medicine and clinical informatics, and maintains a continuity practice at Walter L. Aument Family Health Center in Quarryville.
