Professional Development Forum: Breaking Down Legal Barriers to Hiring [WEBINAR]

During our Professional Development Day session, we’ll be sharing ways to Break Down the Legal Barriers to Hiring which would focus on addressing legal impediments to hiring that we see employers willing to abandon due to the tight labor market. Content covered would include how businesses are reassessing criminal background checks, pre-employment screenings and physicals, drug testing, and other typical barriers to employment. In addition, there will be discussion around diversity and inclusion in the workforce and the legal challenges and possible solutions regarding those areas.
