According to recent nationwide surveys, anywhere from 25% to upwards of 40% of workers are thinking about quitting their jobs. With a tight labor market, retaining the talent and team that you have is as important as attracting new talent.
As a follow up to our July 21 in 21: Strategies for Talent Attraction, this session on Strategies for Employee Retention will focus on how businesses and organizations are focusing on their employees – from reskilling and upskilling to develop employees, creating a flexible workplace, cultivating a values-driven culture, and addressing equity gaps and community engagement.
This event offers the opportunity to learn from 21 peers on how their organization is navigating the challenges, finding the opportunities, or developing solutions to retain talent in their workforce. After a 21-minute exchange of ideas, speakers and listeners alike will transition to breakout sessions for further discussion.
Each person who chooses to speak will share a best practice or idea for talent attraction or retention for one minute. Interested in sharing an idea? Contact us to sign up!
