The Lancaster Chamber 148th Annual Dinner will be offered as a unique 1-hour virtual experience on Thursday, October 1, from 6-7pm, and will be free and open to all. The event is presented by Highmark Penn State Health.
Theresa May, former UK Prime Minister who was initially slated to speak at the event, will now be speaking at an exclusive separate virtual keynote on Friday, November 6. The evening will include moments of inspiration, thanks, entertainment, and a variety of surprises that you won’t want to miss.
“The continued resilience and perseverance of Lancaster County has been on full display through this very difficult and challenging year,” said Tom Baldrige, President & CEO of the Lancaster Chamber. “We are looking forward to hosting an inspirational event that honors where we’ve been, reflects on where we are, and looks towards the future with hope as we build towards where we will go—together.”
This year has been unprecedented – and plans have continually changed as to how we’d host the 148th Annual Dinner and celebrate Lancaster County business and community through this challenging time. Though plans were shifted, timelines were altered, dates were modified (and all of that multiple times), we’ve remained committed to bringing you the 148th Annual Dinner in a way that fits this new normal: it will be accessible in a new, virtual format you can enjoy with your team at a watch party, at home with your family, or on any mobile device from wherever you may be.
We’re all about connection – and now, more than ever, we want to host an event that can connect all of us in a way that celebrates Lancaster County business as we push through these difficult times and look towards the horizon with hope.
