The mission of Operation Scarlet, Inc., Chinese Shar-Pei Rescue of Lancaster, PA, is to improve the lives of abandoned, abused, or surrendered Shar-Pei by providing appropriate medical care, rehab those with behavioral issues and place them in carefully considered loving forever homes.
