SARDONYX is the power metal music ministry of LightShine International Ministries. From the very start of the band in 1988, our goal was to create a different model for ministry bands to operate under a non-profit ministry. Therefore we do not conduct our business as a typical band which relies on heavy touring and merchandise sales. Although we do sell our merchandise, we survive on the contributions of those who believe in what we are doing (Galatians 6:6) and see us a tool for reaching the metal world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and building up the Body of Christ in the process.
