In a testing year, our community rose to challenge after challenge. While there remains much to be done, we are proud to continue to partner with you to amplify new and proven ideas to invest in equitable opportunities and creative solutions that move us forward together.
2020 taught us more than how to creatively adapt to a health challenge. It further exposed the inequity brought on by generations of systemic racism and social injustice, and the extraordinary potential we have as a community to continue rooting out institutional oppression and intentionally building in equity. We are on this journey together, and while we know as an organization we have far to go—we also know that Lancaster County has proven time and again that we are up to the challenge.
