Today’s #MarauderMonday is Jaxon Coulbourn!<br /> <br /> Jaxon is a sophomore from Downingtown, PA, majoring in Social Studies Education. Jaxon chose to attend Millersville University for its renowned education program.<br /> <br /> In addition to his studies, Jaxon is a member of @WIXQ, Millersville’s radio station. “The station has been one of the most important things for me at the University, I live and breathe music, so being able to express my love through music while socializing with those who relate to me is the best thing ever,” he says.<br /> <br /> Jaxon’s favorite course so far has been Introduction to American Government with Dr. Richard Glenn. “Dr. Glenn’s teaching style is my favorite,” he explains. “Additionally, I am very interested in government as a social studies major!”<br /> <br /> Jaxon’s favorite spot on campus is the WIXQ station, particularly on Thursday nights during his radio show, @themusichallwixq. “The environment of music while being with my friends is awesome,” he says.<br /> <br /> After graduation, Jaxon plans to become a high school history teacher.<br /> <br /> Jaxon’s favorite quote comes from James Baldwin: “The place in which I’ll fit will not exist until I make it.”
