Trevor Winter, a transfer student from Harrisburg Area Community College has made history at Millersville University as the first recipient of the prestigious Noyce grant.

Noyce Scholars receive financial support covering 97% of tuition, fees, and room and board—equivalent to $48,000 over two years.

Thanks to a grant from the National Science Foundation, several STEM students have access to a variety of financial and experiential resources.
