The Marauder: In Wood and Silver
RT @JumpWx: In more personal news, I’ve graduated! Onwards to MU this fall!

From there, we set up our stools and interact with some of the fans while signing autographs and taking pictures. About 10 minutes before the game, we are introduced on the jumbotron and stand for the National Anthem. Once that’s complete, we head back to our stations and get ready for game time!”

If she’s not on the field, she’s selling raffle tickets around the stadium. “The raffle collects money for several different Phillies Charities. This is super fun because we get to interact with all the fans and raise money for a great cause,” Taylor shares. Giving back to the community is a big part of the role. “Aside from being on the field and working at the stadium, this role also gives me the opportunity to take part in over one hundred charity events and clinics in the surrounding areas like New Jersey and Delaware,” explains Taylor. “We do different appearances at nursing homes, restaurants, and schools. We also help conduct youth clinics for kids ages 6-14.”

The best part of the job? “My favorite memory so far has just been getting to meet all the girls and experience the games alongside people who love the Phillies as much as I do,” says Taylor.
