This year’s lecture series is a performance of a play written about Dr. Hazel I. Jackson.
The session spotlighted Millersville’s collective approach to suicide prevention and mental health outreach, drawing on data and practices that have been expanded through the University’s Mental Health Matters initiative.
Students enjoyed a panel discussion, networked with the accounting firms present and submitted resumes.
Three Alumni Named to CPBJ 40 Under 40
The awards recognize the future leaders of Central Pennsylvania under the age of 40 who are achieving success in their careers and giving back in meaningful ways to the community.
The ENVISION project will integrate new technologies and hands-on learning tools to help students explore water quality, freshwater ecosystems, and environmental stewardship.

On Oct. 17, Millersville University and the League of Women Voters of Lancaster County are sponsoring the Kenderdine Lecture at MU.
“PrideFest is a fun way to show the LGBTQIA community that we care,” says Andrew Kline.
“I want accounting students to experience education as a direct link to their professional futures, and I want that connection to begin right here at Millersville.”
Dr. Margaret Mbindyo, associate professor in the Department of Exploratory Studies and Student Development at MU, was named the inaugural recipient of the 2024-25 Outstanding Faculty Service Award
“The Laramie Project” is a documentary-style play that explores the aftermath of the 1998 murder of Matthew Shepard, a young gay college student in Laramie, Wyoming.
