Just in time for Halloween, the Costume Shop at Millersville University is hosting a one-of-a-kind costume sale.
- Oct. 10 – Advance sale (by ticket only) from 4 to 8 p.m.
- Oct. 11 – Open sale from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Oct. 12 – Open sale from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The sale benefits University Theatre and offers authentic theatrical costumes from its stock at good prices: ball gowns, shoes, hats, modern clothing, historical replicas, masks, accessories, men’s wear, vintage clothing, furs and more.
Costumes are being sold in bulk: everything that fits into a sale-provided bag for only $50.
Advance sale tickets cost $100 per person (with $50 credited toward purchases) and are available at the door on Oct. 10. Ticket costs are non-refundable if no purchase is made.
Tickets are not required for Oct. 11 and 12, and shoppers only pay ($50 per shop-provided bag) if they purchase items.
Millersville University students will receive a 20% discount with a valid student ID.
Items are sold as is. No returns or exchanges. All sales are final. The Costume Shop is in Jefferson Hall at 164 West Cottage Avenue in Millersville. Directions may be found here.
