Under the curation of Dr. Jeffrey Gemmell, the concert promises to be a high-energy and uplifting celebration of the holiday season. Gemmell and his Tell School colleagues and students carefully select a diverse range of music, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Audience sing-alongs, including the adored “Hallelujah Chorus,” are always a highlight of the concert.

Tickets for Glorious Sounds of the Season are on sale now at the Millersville University Ticket Office. General admission tickets are $30 in advance, and MU students with ID can purchase tickets for $5. Due to the concert’s popularity, it’s recommended to purchase tickets early, as they often sell out.

All proceeds from the concert benefit student scholarships and program development at the Tell School of Music.

Alumni will be adding a festive touch to Glorious Sounds of the Season this year. On Dec. 7, they’re hosting a Maker’s Market filled with handcrafted items from local artisans. Food trucks will be on-site to add to the holiday cheer, offering delicious treats for everyone. Families can also capture precious moments with Santa during free photo sessions from 3 to 7 p.m. To conclude the day, the Luminary Walk will guide attendees through an illuminated path as they make their way to the concert.
