Returning to Campus

We are looking forward to welcoming faculty and staff back to campus. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth transition for your technology needs:

  • If you have your MU laptop or desktop at home, and it was already scanned and cleared, please schedule an appointment so an IT tech can meet with you upon your return to assist you with getting reconnected and on the network. Click here to schedule your setup appointment.
  • To make the most of your appointment please complete the following tasks before bringing your computer back to your office:
    • Complete all Windows updates. Instructions on how to run Windows updates can be found here.
    • Make sure all documents are backed up in your OneDrive. You can find out more about syncing your files to OneDrive here.
  • If you have your MU laptop or desktop at home, and it was NOT scanned and cleared, you will need to schedule and appointment so IT can wipe and refresh your machine so it can be used on campus.
