The 2021 Millersville University Conference on the Holocaust and Genocide will feature Dr. Martin Dean as the P. Alan and Linda Loss keynote speaker. Throughout the event, Dean will examine the landscape of Babyn Yar on the basis of new research into the infamous massacre.
