Dr. Ankur Nandedkar, Management & Marketing, will be presenting his paper titled “Impact of Transformational Leadership on Job Involvement and Knowledge Sharing Behaviors: Investigating Mediating Effects of Exchange Relationships” at the 56th annual meeting of the Eastern Academy of Management to be held between May 8- 11 in Wilmington, Delaware. He is also invited to serve as a chair for the session titled “Organizational Performance in Context”. The session participants will include national and international scholars. Nandedkar will be leading the discussion focused on interactive effects of leadership and organizational structure and its effects on firm performance in a dynamic environment.
Hope M. Schmids, Director, Continuing Education & Workforce Development recently facilitated a discussion on gender equity in the workplace at the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) Penn Square Chapter. She gave a presentation entitled, “Leaning and Leveraging: Approaching Gender Equality in the Workplace.”
Dr. M. P. A. Sheaffer, English sang as an alto ringer in the annual spring concert of the Richmond Hill Sacred Music Chorale in New York. They performed Mendelssohn’s great oratorio, Elijah.
