Tickets for Secondary Viewing Location for Debate Available

Tickets are being sold for a secondary viewing location of the congressional debate between Rep. Lloyd Smucker and challenger Jess King.

A secondary viewing location has been secured for the congressional debate between U.S. Rep. Lloyd Smucker and challenger Jess King, the two candidates for the 11th Congressional District, on Oct. 8. The debate will now be live streamed into Biemesderfer Hall in Millersville University’s (MU) Winter Visual and Performing Arts Center. Beginning Sept. 24, tickets for this secondary location will be available at the University ticket office.

The debate will take place on Oct. 8 beginning at 7 p.m. in Clair Performance Hall. Tickets for that location were claimed within hours of being announced earlier this month. In order to accommodate as many people as possible, the secondary location in neighboring Biemesderfer Hall was organized.

Approximately 250 tickets will be available. They are limited to two per person. These new tickets will be a different color from the tickets for the primary location.

The ticket office is located in the Student Memorial Center, Room 103, at 21 S. George St., Millersville. For more information please contact the ticket office at 717-871-7600.
