The Dave Holt band will be reuniting for a one-time concert at Millersville University’s (MU) the Ware Center on Sunday, October 21, from 2 to 4 p.m. After a 10 year absence from the Lancaster music scene, the band is reuniting to help raise money for breast cancer awareness in a show titled “Live, Laugh, Love.”
Emceed by Barry Kornhauser, assistant director of campus and community engagement for MU, the show will also feature two other musical artists. In addition, Dr. Neal Harnly and his musical friends Dr. Peter Kenote (member of the New York Philharmonic), Sara Male, James Armstrong and Michael Vitale will present Claude Bolling’s Jazz Suite.
A fundraising reception hosted by Johnny Roberts of Isaac’s Restaurants will follow the performance.
