Recognizing Exemplary Service

The Millersville Borough Council recently honored two members of Millersville University’s Omega Psi Phi fraternity. Borough Mayor Richard Moriary honored Omega Psi Phi Fraternity members, Jovan Edwards ’13 (left) and Alpachino Wright (MU senior, right) with a special certificate of recognition. The certificate was given both for the fraternity’s 40^th anniversary on the Millersville University campus and for exemplary service to the community.
