Dr. Richard Clark, earth sciences, was recently appointed by the Executive Committee of the American Meteorological Society (AMS) to the AMS Committee on Environmental Stewardship.

Dr. Dominique A. Didier, biology, recently participated with the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity during a workshop to stop rape culture.  The workshop is called SAFE HOUSE fraternity training and is offered through the h-MAN UP Local College Coalition.  MU is a member of this local coalition and Didier is the faculty adviser for our HULCC chapter.  The workshop was funded by the Office of Social Equity.

Dr. Carolyn Rittenhouse, educational foundations, helped students erect a tipi on the campus of Lebanon Valley College in March.   Rittenhouse is owner of the tipi and member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe.  She was invited to the Annville campus by the American Indian Studies Club.

Obituaries
Henry Herr, 85, died March 25. He was the grounds manager for Millersville and retired in 1996 after 30 years of service.
