W. Frederick St. Closed

The Millersville Borough has informed Millersville University that effective Thursday, July 7, road work will commence for several months, closing West Frederick Street from Shenks Lane to North Prince Street. Road work will continue through the end of October.

State detour signs will be posted. Additional directional signage will be posted regarding businesses and eateries located in these areas.

Please keep in mind that weather and other construction unknowns can affect stated times. Please make sure all related entities are aware of this road closing and detour for the upcoming months ahead.

Below is a map of the area, with the detour approved by the state (green dotted lines). The detour route would include S. Duke Street, Crossland Pass and Shenks Lane.
