Walk A Mile Raises $2,500

The “Walk a Mile in Her Shoes” event, which was held October 13, raised $2,500 for Domestic Violence Services of Lancaster. There were 85 registered participants who walked the one mile course in women’s high heel shoes to support the cause. Sponsors included PSECU, Dynatech Controls, Lebzelters and EDSecure, LLC. Millersville’s Elsie S. Shenk Wellness and Women’s Program and Millersville University’s Police Department coordinated the event.
