Reservations at 42 N. Prince Street

Millersville University-Lancaster, at 42 N. Prince Street in downtown Lancaster, has rental spaces available for reservation. The venues include the Atrium, Grand Salon, Binns Room, Steinman Hall, Lyet Lobby and the Library/Boardroom.

The Atrium, Grand Salon and Binns Room are available for dinners, receptions and/or presentations. The largest seating capacity of the three is the Atrium, which holds 200 for dinner, 300 for receptions and presentations.

Other spaces available include Steinman Hall, which has 364 seats; Lyet Lobby, which is only available for receptions and can accommodate 300, and the Library, used for presentations for 25-30 persons.

The facility is the site of graduate classes, the Nonprofit Resource Network and Corporate University activities.  Rental reservations from a public or private organization in the community can be made by contacting Carol Reichler at Carol.Reichler@millersville.edu or 717-871-2308. For this academic year, there is no rental cost to Millersville faculty or staff to reserve the event spaces for University events, however, administrative and set-up charges may occur depending on the event. Reservations need to be made in advance and are on a space-available basis.
