Millersville Appoints New Director of Migrant Education

Elaine Moreno Raffucci of Leola, Pa., has recently been appointed director of migrant education at Millersville.  She received her master’s in education from Bowling Green State University and earned a bachelor’s degree from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico.  Most recently, Raffucci worked for the School District of Lancaster organizing and implementing extended day tutoring and enrichment programs for at-risk students. The Migrant Education Program is a grant-funded program housed at Millersville University since 1968.
