I’d really like an update on your system. Show us some of your great growth and documentation of the system. How is your pH running? What are you doing to address algae problems? Etc. Your system is a GREAT design!

I agree with Rachel’s comment. It might be worth it to test out the concept, especially on the side of the tank that doesn’t have any plant growth yet. It’s not too late to plant new seeds.

Have you done any research on what causes plants to be so “spindly”? By that, I mean they seem weak and lacking strength to hold up well.

I like all of the photos you are posting, but I also highly recommend that you post more reflective comments with your blog. Have you been checking pH? Temp? Also report height of plants and any other observations.
