My name is Joshua Capps. A current Millersville student and a representative for the PA Army National Guard. I am wanting to make other students aware of the opportunity to serve their community while receiving benefits they can use to help develop their foundation in order to succeed and accomplish their goals, all while avoiding the burden of debt.
