Program Used: Adobe Illustrator

This assignment had us learning how to use Illustrator and work with a laser engraver to create a keychain. We used Illustrator for the initial design to engrave into a small block of Cherry wood.

 I have worked with laser engraver and illustrator many times in my 3d Engineering Design and Woodshop classes, alongside the TSA in my high school. Used the engraver to engrave glass cups, keychains, cutting boards, jewelry boxes, and little Christmas trees. This assignment was also a refresher for what I’ve already learned.
