The main goal I have for my college career is to adopt a healthier lifestyle. This will mainly be achieved through eating more fruits and vegetables, getting better sleep, and exercising more. I wish to obtain this goal to be able to work more efficiently and overall improve how my body feels, both physically and mentally.
