This activity was truly a fun exploration of the basics of electronics and circuitry, which I had some prior experience with. We explored ideas of open and closed circuits, switches, voltage, and other terms. The goal was to further our understanding of how electricity flows, how humans harness electricity, and how to do it safely. The science behind electricity was interesting to learn about, and it helped me understand terms and ideas that previously confused me. Most of my experience surrounding this come from my high school physics class. I never took any official electrical classes, but a sizeable chunk of my senior physics class focused on energy and electricity. Shoutout to Mr. Engler, one of my favorite teachers.
