Worker safety is essential to ensure that employees can perform their tasks in a secure and healthy environment. Implementing safety protocols, such as regular training and hazard assessments, minimizes the risk of accidents and injuries. Providing appropriate protective equipment and enforcing safety regulations help safeguard workers. A strong safety culture promotes not only compliance but also fosters a sense of responsibility and care within the workforce. During this class groups had to be able to think fast and use cost effective products to help from “chemicals” being spread. It helped by showing us even though we not always have fancy expensive products doesn’t mean that the cheaper products don’t work.
