Today we will be learning how to cook Pasteles. Pasteles is a traditional dish in several Latin American country. Pasteles are normally made for holidays. It is a long process but it will pay off at the end. It will take you a few hours to make but it’s a one to two day process. Here is an example of what it will look like at the end.
