This was an especially collaborative learning by doing experience, where my group was tasked with designing and constructing a contraption that could collect a cup holding popcorn kernels, disposing of them into a container, then placing the cup back onto the surface. We designed a tension rod system, that would sandwich the cup between two rods held together by rubber bands, then pulled apart by two other operators. The final result was a success, and we had completed the objective.
